About Dr. Edisa Padder

Dr. Edisa Padder is very committed to the practice of travel medicine. She believes that taking the proper precautions, including booster vaccines and immunizations prior to an international trip can dramatically increase the chances of a safer, healthier travel experience.

Dr. Padder attended University of Michigan where she earned a degree in Biochemistry. She went on to earn a medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. She completed her 3-year pediatric residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Padder is fluent in English and Bosnian. She enjoys travel and has visited many countries from Europe to Asia. She is happily married and lives with her husband and two children in Ellicott City, MD. Dr. Padder looks forward to giving you advice about your upcoming trip.
